定位：先問誰擁有 title，再檢查子層是否對 prop assignment。

頁面不會替你修改檔案；請在實作檔完成後重新整理確認。

父層 title=原始服務，子層只有讀取與請求按鈕。

propReadonly=true、requestCount=1、parentValue=新版服務、mutationWarnings=0。

const props=define/read props；emit('request-update','新版服務')；父層 handler 更新 title。

只在本階段資料夾內操作，避免改到其他章節。
